Charming hotel with a real wintersport feeling; beautiful view onto the bay and the glacier/mountain; fantastic restaurant across the road; parking easy; very good breakfast; good own bar and restaurant facilities.

Breakfast was good, not many options, but the existing ones were good! Room was clean and comfy! The view was amazing from the hotel lobby and room!

Wonderful location with stunning views of Ushuaia harbour and the Beagle Channel and the surrounding mountains. Easy distance to the city, national park and glacier. Rooms are well appointed. Nice breakfast buffet.

the location has a nice overview over the harbour and also the snowy mountains, depending which side your room is situated. the only issue is that it is a bit far from the centre of the City itself, otherwise excellent.

Beautiful location! The hotel is lovely, it has that old world charm, but is cozy at the same time, with a gorgeous fireplace in the lobby. The staff were super attentive and kind. Recommend 100%!

Just some what to hot in the room. And would have been nice to have a wash cloth. Key did not work most of the time. Had to get a different one twice.

great rooms, very clean. nice lobby and bar. we travelled as family and the family room was extremely comfortable and spacious.

Very nice cozy hotel however it looks like rooms do need maintenance. Nothing was brocken or out of order, just “tired”. Personal was very welcoming
